• LTC – Leave Travel Concession facilities provided by Central Government to their Employees
• LTC Tour can be availed in 04 Years Block for anywhere in India and 02 Years Block for Home Town
• AS per DOPT order Dated October 8, 2020 an employees can convert their 02 Years Home Town Block to Visit on
• LTC to Andaman and Nicobar Islands, LTC to Jammu & Kashmir, LTC to North East and LTC to Leh & Ladakh
• Private Airlines is also allowed to travel on LTC to Andaman, LTC to Jammu & Kashmir, LTC to North East, LTC to Leh & Ladakh
• LTC Advance can be drawn 60 days prior to start LTC Tour
• Employee having Grade Pay equal and more than 5400 are entitled to travel by Air to any destination.
• Employees Having Grade Pay 4800 or less are entitled to Travel by Air on LTC to Andaman, LTC to Jammu & Kashmir, LTC to North East and LTC to Leh & Ladakh
• LTC Andaman Tour can be availed from Chennai or Kolkata
• LTC Jammu & Kashmir Tour can be availed from Delhi or Amritsar
• LTC North East Tour can be availed from Kolkata or Guwahati
• LTC Leh & Ladakh Tour can be availed from Delhi
• As per DOPT Order Dated if any non entitled travelling to LTC tour to Andaman & North East by Air from their Head Quarter then their claim will be settled which includes LTC 80 Fare of Air India + Entitled Class Fare
• Air Ticket & Boarding Pass are mandatory required while submitted Claim for refund to the Department
