BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY:

  • We or Travelira.in or Travelira Holidays accept online booking with 100% safe & secure through our travel portal “https://travelira.in”.
  • We or Travelira.in or Travelira Holidays accept offline booking through email/office visit only.
  • Any Booking made online through our travel portal “https://travelira.in” you have to pay 100% payment or product offer price at the time of booking.
  • Any Booking made through email/office visit @50% advance payment should be required at the time of processing the booking/making the booking. Kindly inform us through email to [email protected] with payment slip/snap short.
  • Any subsequent cancellation due to any circumstances the advance amount is subject to cancellation penalties.
  • Few products may require 100% advance payment for processing the booking due to last moment booking or third party suppliers products with the effect of strict terms and conditions and 100% penalties.
  • Advance payment does not establish a guaranteed booking; bookings are subject to availability or confirmation by the https://travelira.in or Travelira Holidays or service providers or suppliers.
  • The confirmation/Voucher/service voucher will be issued by mail/hardcopy/SMS within 48hrs from the time of payment. If booking could not be confirmed within the time period by the https://travelira.in or Travelira Holidays or service providers or suppliers, your deposit payment will be fully refunded within 7 working days through the original mode of payment.
  • The balance payment should be done 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If Failure to submit the balance payment by the specified time, will affect to boking cancel and forfeited the advance amount.
  • If reservations are made less than 14 days of the commencement of the journey then full payment of the product value is required.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:

In addition to the above cancellation charges, you may be subjected to the cancellation policy of the third-party/suppliers/ vendors Cancellations charges will be applicable.

OUR RIGHT ON CHANGES OR CANCELLATION:

We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations after the reservation at any time. However, we will endeavour not to make a major change or cancel the booking within 72 hours of the arrival date, except for unforeseen events. If we have to make a major change to your arrangements after booking, we will offer you the option of accepting the change or cancelling the booking and receiving a full refund of any amount paid to us. We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any change.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY SUPPLIERS/ VENDORS/ SERVICE PROVIDERS/ THIRD PARTY:

We or https://travelira.in or Travelira Holidays is not responsible for any changes or cancellation of service by the Suppliers/ Vendors/ Service Providers due to whatsoever reason and do not accept responsibility for any loss, expense or cost you may incur as a result of the same. Each Supplier/ Vendors/ Service Providers has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements, and the refund or alternate arrangement shall be provided by the Suppliers/ Vendors/ Service Providers, according to their terms and conditions.

CHANGES/AMENDMENT/RESCHEDULE BY GUEST:

NO-SHOW:

In case of non-arrival or no-show, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be made for this booking/service.

NON-FULFILMENT:

Due to natural calamities, political disturbance, Pendamic, Flight Delay, sickness, Government restrictions, Strike or any circumstances if services(Tour,sightseeing,pickup,activites) delay or cancelled WE OR SUPPLIERS/ VENDORS/ SERVICE PROVIDERS/ THIRD PARTY are not responsible for that.In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion and/or the discretion of the SUPPLIERS/ VENDORS/ SERVICE PROVIDERS/THIRD PARTY of the Activity concerned.

OUR LIABILITY:

We do not accept any liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force such as natural calamities, Political disturbance, Pendamic, Flight Delay, Technical Errors, sickness, Government restrictions, Strike or any circumstances
