CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Any Booking will be cancelled before 30 days of commencement of the journey/arrival, only booking charges 25% or @2,500 per person will be applicable which will be higher.
  • Any Booking will be cancelled between 20-30 days commencement of the journey/arrival then 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • Any Booking will be cancelled between 15-20 days commencement of the journey/arrival then 75% cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • Any Booking will be cancelled within 14 days of commencement of the journey/arrival 100% retention or cancellation charges will be applicable or forfeited the total advance amount.

In addition to the above cancellation charges, you may be subjected to the cancellation policy of the third-party/suppliers/ vendors Cancellations charges will be applicable.

OUR RIGHT ON CHANGES OR CANCELLATION:

We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations after the reservation at any time. However, we will endeavor not to make a major change or cancel the booking within 72 hours of the arrival date, except for unforeseen events. If we have to make a major change to your arrangements after booking, we will offer you the option of accepting the change or canceling the booking and receiving a full refund of any amount paid to us. We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any change.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY SUPPLIERS/ VENDORS/ SERVICE PROVIDERS/ THIRD PARTY:

We or https://travelira.in or Travelira Holidays is not responsible for any changes or cancellation of service by the Suppliers/ Vendors/ Service Providers due to whatsoever reason and do not accept responsibility for any loss, expense or cost you may incur as a result of the same. Each Supplier/ Vendors/ Service Providers has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements, and the refund or alternate arrangement shall be provided by the Suppliers/ Vendors/ Service Providers, according to their terms and conditions.

CHANGES/AMENDMENT/RESCHEDULE BY GUEST:

  • Any Cancellation or changes or amendment or reschedule request made by the guest/client/you, accepted only through email with Booking Id, Guest Name, Age, Sex, Date of Travel & Destination. But Cancellation or changes or amendments or reschedule requests are subject to availability at the time of booking or sometimes Cancellation or changes or amendment or reschedule charges may apply.
  • A service charge will be applicable for any Cancellation or changes or amendment or reschedule made by the guest/client/you.
  • In the event of unused services, the amount will be forfeited.
  • Any changes or amendments or reschedule requests made by the guest/client/you, within 7days of the commencement of the journey will not be entertained.
  • An amendment or change of services within 7 days of commencement of the journey will be treated as a cancellation and charges will be applicable accordingly.

NO-SHOW:

In case of non-arrival or no-show, the entire reservation will be auto-canceled and no refund will be made for this booking/service.

NON-FULFILMENT:

Due to natural calamities, political disturbance, Pendamic, Flight Delay, sickness, Government restrictions, Strike or any circumstances if services(Tour, sightseeing, pickup, activities) delay or canceled WE OR SUPPLIERS/ VENDORS/ SERVICE PROVIDERS/ THIRD PARTY are not responsible for that. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion and/or the discretion of the SUPPLIERS/ VENDORS/ SERVICE PROVIDERS/THIRD PARTY of the Activity concerned.

OUR LIABILITY:

We do not accept any liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force such as natural calamities, Political disturbance, Pendamic, Flight Delay, Technical Errors, sickness, Government restrictions, Strike or any circumstances

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Kindly check the Sevice Voucher/ Confirmation Voucher properly whenever Name, Age, Sex, Tour detils, Duration, Destination, Hotels Name, Check in, Check out date, Vehicle, Pickup Point, Contact Number, Emergency number and Amount are mentioned according to your requiredment or which is promissed by us.
  • You are advised to have comprehensive travel and travel insurance.
  • All personal activities are at your own risk.

REFUND POLICY:

  • All the refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
  • We will process the REFUND within 14 working days (Except Bank Holidays) but sometimes depend on SUPPLIERS/ VENDORS/ SERVICE PROVIDERS/ THIRD PARTY Refund policy also in that case it will take up to 90 days from the date of refund submission.
